Our Annual General Meeting or AGM is your chance to have your say on how your DA is run. The meeting is split into two parts, there the AGM section where the committee report to the members how that last year has gone for the DA and all the things they have been doing on your behalf. This is also where we elect the committee for the next year.
The AGM is then usually followed by the Open Forum section, this is the part for you to have your say. Here you can ask questions and make suggestions to Have your say on where we go, how much we pay and what organised events we run
If your camping & caravanning club card does not say West Essex and you would like to opt over then please email our secretary for the appropriate forms.
Please note you have to be a member of the camping and caravanning club for at least one year before you can join a committee

If you would like to get more involved then there are spaces available on the committee.
Remember you do not have to camp the weekend to attend the AGM but you do have to show your valid West Essex DA, Camping & Caravanning Club Cards.
