Close to the historic town of Saffron Walden which is a medieval market town and just 15 miles to the south of Cambridge. It has a rich heritage of old buildings, including the magnificent Jacobean mansion Audley End House and Gardens and St Mary’s Church, the largest parish church in Essex. On the north side of town is Bridge End Garden, a restored Victorian garden, which contains a yew hedge maze and sunken Dutch Garden.

Directions: From Saffron Walden head North on B1052 to Little Walden for approx. 2m. In Little Walden pass Crown Public House on left into cul de sac. Keep Right signpost Petts Lane. Site on Right in approx 0.5m.
